Relato de caso dupla recidiva neurocriptococose com o objetivo divulgar informações e fomentar discussão sobre essa, que é a terceira infecção fúngica mais comum após transplante órgãos sólidos difícil manejo literatura escassa. Alguns pacientes apresentam resultados desfavoráveis despeito da instituição terapia antifúngica, como morte prematura devido às complicações doença, controle tardio ou até mesmo não apesar instituída.
