We present unprecedented datasets of current and future projected weather files for building simulations in 15 major cities distributed across 10 climate zones worldwide. The include ambient air temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, direct diffuse solar irradiance, wind speed at hourly resolution, which are essential elements needed to undertake simulations. contain typical extreme years the EnergyPlus file (EPW) format multiyear projections comma-separated value (CSV) three...

This paper presents the design and results of a reduced-scale experimental bench to study effect green roofs facades on local urban microclimate. An analysis data was carried out three street canyons: one reference street, between two buildings with wall west. The show hygrothermal envelopes heat island mitigation. In detailed these coating techniques, we highlighted that modify strongly radiative balance improve comfort in canyons through reducing overheating hot summer days.

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the requirement integrate urban microclimate predict energy needs buildings. To do this, an integrated approach in TRNSYS software was developed and compared with existing experimental results a street canyon. The urban microclimate is due to complex physical interactions with the contribution of water balance, thermo-radiative exchanges and airflows. In this paper, we present discuss modeling heat island effects mitigation techniques in order give consistent results considering different time space scales, fluxes (heat, winds) from ground canopy, including buildings. models numerical descriptions are presented detail illustrated on typical examples techniques. At neighborhood scale, alternative...
