This report presents the superior visible-light-driven photocatalytic response of novel 2D/2D BiOCl/WS2 (BW X ) hybrid nanosheet heterojunctions prepared by a simple solution based sonochemical technique. These BW nanosheets are composed 2D transition metal dichalcogenide material WS2 and BiOCl nanosheets. The comparative study activity is carried out via photodegradation Malachite Green (MG) photoreduction heavy ion Cr(vi) under visible light irradiation. quantum efficiency samples...

Electrical conduction behavior of ultrathin (5–110 nm) SnO2 films reactively sputtered at 150–400 °C substrate temperatures is presented. The surface roughness studies revealed that the with lower thickness were smoother (≤0.6 nm). Stoichiometry/defect structure obtained from X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy data and electron mobility are found to be dependent on film temperature. observed increase in conductivity semi-metallic decrease attributed changes defect roughness. Highest value...

This paper presents our results on the significant effect of application electric field during deposition various properties thin SnO2 films, especially in ultrathin regime. films 25-75 nm deposited glass substrates without and with presence (32 V/cm) were compared. It is found that has improved crystallinity stoichiometry film along its transmittance. Significantly high mobility 43 cm2/V.s at low thickness 25 resulted a reasonably resistivity 1.5 ohm-cm as consequence assisted growth.

A fuel-based sol-gel auto-combustion method was used to synthesize Sr-substituted copper ferrites. The structural, morphological, and optical properties were studied. XRD pattern depicted the individual phase of constituents prepared samples. SEM images revealed formation particle platelets, hexagons, agglomerates which found correlate with Zeta potential. Magnetic investigated through a vibrating sample magnetometer under an applied magnetic field ±20k Oe. samples tested for adsorption...
