Abstract A 110 GHz 1 MW pulse gyrotron has been elaborated. built-in electrodynamic duct consisting of a new type quasi-optical converter and three matching mirrors transforms operating mode TE15,4 into gaussian beam going through the output window. The efficiency (ratio power outside to total microwave at cavity) is about 95%. system an outer mirror transmission line proved have measured by calorimeter end electron beam) more than 40%.
The objective of research is to study the use organomineral fertilizers in technology growing winter wheat Ryazan Region. Objectives: establish sowing qualities; consider biological features plant growth and development; determine crop structure yield depending on used. Research was conducted 2022–2023 Region dark gray forest soil. objects are two liquid (Polidon Amino Mix, Polidon Bio Zernovoj) varieties (Moskovskaya 39, Nemchinovskaya 57). Agrochemicals were used for seed treatment during...
The aim of the study is to establish effectiveness influence microbiological preparations Azotovit and Phosphatovit used for pre-sowing seed treatment on consumption nutrients by spring wheat barley plants from soil mineral fertilizers in conditions dark gray forest heavy loamy soils Ryazan Region. Field trials effect crops 2022–2023 were carried out at Experimental Agrotechnological Station Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution Higher Education Agricultural University. object was...
The purpose of research is to study the adaptive properties sunflower hybrids depending on timing their sowing when grown in conditions Ryazan Region. scheme field experiment, which was carried out 2019–2022, determined two dates: second and third decades May. objects were Imeriya KS, Codizol KL, Clarissa Meridis Zubella Fushia KL. climatic Region are favorable for production oilseeds. However, during ripening period seeds, unfavorable weather (high humidity low air temperatures) often...
Governments promote pro-environmental behavior explicitly, through regulatory provisions, or implicitly, by setting general environmental objectives without explicit requirements. Shared values and commitment to government supposedly help towards greener behavior. We argue that the lack of guidance counteracts, especially if green options are perceived as conflicting with strict requirements on other issues. In Russian public procurement, organizations subject either a rigid procurement law,...
Financial development affects income inequality differently in the short and long term. Investigating OECD countries from 1870–2011, we find run, an improvement financial tends to reduce inequality, while more finance contributes inequality. The short‐run effect concurs with theories advocating increases availability of services, primarily for poor. However, this becomes nil within a few years. Results thus imply that policies aimed at reducing through improving access poor need be carefully...

We note that often highly customized, many new services prove difficult replicate. closely tailored solving problems...
Why do some countries (often developing and emerging economies) adopt special laws on PPP, whilst in others PPPs are governed by the legislation public procurement related bylaws? This paper explains above global discrepancies from an institutional perspective. In a contract-theoretical framework we demonstrate how can enable projects that not feasible through standard arrangements. Incentives for private partners created extra benefits non-contractible) their collaboration with government...
How do public-private partnerships (PPPs) differ from traditional public procurement and what role should governments play in them? This article views PPPs as collaborative projects with imperfect information between parties. Typical contracts tackle asymmetric problems yet limit feasibility of projects: some are not profitable enough to ensure private party participation. Partnership improves feasibility; this justifies a form good provision demonstrates how they procurement. Four UK...
Abstract This article presents the use of modern multicomponent liquid fertilizers in white mustard agrocoenosis under conditions Nonchernozem zone Russian Federation. A brief review statistical parameters oilseed cultivation Russia is proposed. Under field experiments, features growth and development influence are investigated presented. Oilseed production region has recently increased significantly. Such promising oilseeds as mustard, soybean, flax, rape others have become common. In 2018,...
Background: The transformation of natural elements, the migration soil substances used in industry most often refer to metals, as a result which “metallization” landscapes occurs industrial regions. Methods: article proposes an analysis studies, conducting agroecological monitoring and plants zone affected by action Ryazan power plant 2015-2019. Experiments included climatic conditions area, sampling five rings pipe polluting enterprise, content some trace elements coal during combustion...
