This case report describes a diagnosis of pigmentary retinopathy and optic disc pit in woman aged 41 years who presented with long-standing decreased vision the left eye.
To outline the patient course of a rare complication that occurred during routine laser peripheral iridotomy.A developed symptomatic foveal cystoid changes with central scotoma immediately following iridotomy. Successful treatment included topical anti-inflammatory therapy complete resolution and scotoma.Laser iridotomy is commonly performed procedure by comprehensive ophthalmologists therefor it important to document even rarest side effects can occur.
