Melia azedarach L. is a valuable source of antioxidants and secondary metabolites. This study first extensive report about the effect different serialization protocols plant growth regulators (PGRs) on explant disinfection efficiency, callus induction metabolites production accumulation in cultures M. In this regard, were examined. addition, sterilization agents evaluated for chinaberry leaf explants. The results showed that lowest percentage contamination browning with highest obtained...

In this Rapid Communication we show that the interplay between deformation geometric-nonlinearity and distributions of external charges dipoles lead to renormalization membrane's native flexoelectric response. Our work provides a framework for mesoscopic interpretation flexoelectricity if necessary, artificially ``design'' tailored in membranes. Comparisons with experiments indicate reasonable quantitative agreement.

Both closed and open biological membranes noticeably undulate at physiological temperatures. These thermal fluctuations influence a broad range of biophysical phenomena, ranging from self-assembly to adhesion. In particular, the experimentally measured fluctuation spectra also provide facile route assessment mechanical certain other physical properties membranes. The theoretical fluctuations, be it for vesicles or simpler case flat lipid bilayers, is predicated upon assuming that elastic...

Biological membranes undergo noticeable thermal fluctuations at physiological temperatures. When two approach each other, they hinder the out-of-plane of other. This hindrance leads to an entropic repulsive force between which, in interplay with attractive and forces owing other sources, affects a range biological functions: cell adhesion, membrane fusion, self-assembly, binding–unbinding transition among others. In this work, we take cognizance fact that are not purely mechanical entities...

Aegilops species, wild relatives of wheat, are one the important genetic resources in wheat breeding. In this study 13 populations biuncialis along with 2 progenitor species umbellulata were analysed six replications using acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that TN-01-293 population had a high gluten and grind quality because percentage γ-45.31 γ-43.5 (high index) observed band. Also, Ahar from A. was introduced to light low bands quality. All studied can be used...

In the present study, we investigated effect of plant growth regulators and explant type on callus induction, cell suspension culture growth, antioxidant enzyme activity, accumulation rutin, quercetin, kaempferol in M. azedarach L. cultures. Our studies showed that inflorescence petiole explants had a high percentage induction compared to leaf explants, whereas highest was obtained from cultured MS medium containing 5 mg l−1 NAA BAP 3 kinetin Kin. Furthermore, calli transferred liquid...

Abstract Melia azedarach L. from the Meliaceae, contains a wide range of secondary metabolites used as antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant and anticancer in traditional medicinal. In present study, effect PGRs explant type on callus induction cell suspension culture establishment growth were investigated. We investigated biochemical properties, production accumulation such rutin, quercetin kaempferol M. cultures. The results showed that inflorescence petiole explants had high percentage...
