In this study, we present a simple, hand-powered, and electricity-free centrifuge platform based on commercially available "fidget-spinner." The centrifugal force provided by inexpensive easy-to-use toy is sufficient to separate whole blood, producing plasma yield rate purity of 30% 99%, respectively, separated in as little 4–7 min. We verified the performing paper-based HIV-1 p24 capsid protein enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, which achieved recovery up 98%, indicating features extremely...

The Lower Cretaceous Bashijiqike Formation, which is an important gas exploration target in the Kuqa Depression, Tarim Basin, China, excellent case illustrating diagenesis and reservoir property variations of tight sandstone with burial depths ranging from 3500 m to 8000 m. Thus, integrated approaches incorporating thin-section petrographic characterization, mineral morphology identification, X-ray diffraction analysis, tests, fluid inclusion analysis were applied investigate different...

In the Triassic Yanchang Formation, Jiyuan-Wuqi area, Ordos Basin, Chang 6 reservoir is contacted to 7 high-quality source rock, but oil pools are unevenly distributed, and complex in water distribution. Through cores observation fracture statistics, combined with comprehensive analyses of physical property, mercury injection, logging geochemical data, comparisons sandbodies scales, properties, argillaceous laminae fractures between eastern western oil-bearing areas central producing it...

The Chang-8 Member belongs to a low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir. Combined with the geochemical indices, physical properties of reservoirs before after washing oil, hydrocarbon accumulation sequence reservoir compaction history was analyzed. Research shows that there is no biodegradation in flowing but serious extracts, maturity oil higher than porosity increase 2.6% washing-oil experiment. It believed are two phases has been densified main stage accumulation.

The significance of source rocks for oil and gas accumulation has been indisputably acknowledged. Moreover, it gradually realized that there is difference between hydrocarbon generation capacity expulsion capacity, this prompted research on efficiency. However, these studies dominantly highlight the results expulsion, investigation into corresponding process mechanism primarily from a macroscopic perspective. Despite its wide acceptance as most direct mode, through micro-fractures still not...

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is an extremely important analytical technique that widely used in organic geochemistry. It the only approach to capture biomarker features of matter and provides key evidence for oil-source correlation thermal maturity determination. However, conventional way processing interpreting mass chromatogram both time-consuming labor-intensive, which increases research cost restrains extensive applications this method. To overcome limitation, a model...
