Abstract: Myxoid spindle cell squamous carcinoma is a rare variant of that can pose diagnostic challenges because its unusual morphology. In this article, we report the case 68-year-old man who presented with slow-growing, fungating mass on right tibia at site his long-standing draining sinus tract.
