The cyber-physical-social systems (CPSS) provide an ideal paradigm for the design and construction of command control organization. This article presents concept a CPSS discusses its operational process self-synchronization mechanism in CPSS.
In this work, we investigate the gridless parameter estimation of pulse–Doppler radar targets using a reduced number samples under limited bit budget. We propose hybrid analog and digital (HAD) acquisition system integrating tunable component, low-resolution quantizers, filter. Under framework task-based quantization, HAD architecture is designed to optimize target within constraints Specifically, small subset received signal observed low-rank matrix recovered completion techniques. The...
With the availability of increasingly more new data sources collected for transportation in recent years, computational effort traffic flow forecasting standalone modes has become demanding large-scale networks. Distributed modeling strategies can be utilized to reduce effort. In this paper, we present a MapReduce-based approach processing distributed design MapReduce framework system, including its system architecture and data-processing algorithms. The work presented here applied many...
This paper studies the use of varying threshold in statistical process control (SPC) batch processes. The motivation is driven by how when multiple phases are implicated each repetition, distributions features behind vary with or even time; thus, it inconsistent to uniformly bound them an invariant threshold. In this paper, we paved a new path for learning and monitoring processes based on efficient framework integrating model termed conditional dynamic variational auto-encoder (CDVAE)....
The growing complexity of real-world systems necessitates interdisciplinary solutions to confront myriad challenges in modeling, analysis, management, and control. To meet these demands, the parallel method rooted Artificial systems, Computational experiments, Parallel execution (ACP) approach has been developed. cultivates a cycle, termed intelligence, which iteratively creates data, acquires knowledge, refines actual system. Over past two decades, continuously woven advanced knowledge...
A metadata management method dividing directory path attribute from object is proposed, which extends the present storage architecture. This avoids efficiently large-scale migration according to updating attributes, improves cache utilization and hit rate by reducing overlap of prefix directory, reduces disks I/O demands overhead traversing exploiting locality, overloading a single server dynamic load balancing. Experimental results demonstrate that this has obvious advantages in improving...
This paper investigates the problem of cooperative standoff tracking using multiple fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with control input constraints. In order to achieve accurate target in presence unknown background wind and motion, a coordinated algorithm is proposed. The objective research steer UAVs fly circular orbit around moving prescribed intervehicle angular spacing. To this goal, two laws are proposed, including relative range regulation space phase separation. On one...
This paper investigates the problem of sampling and reconstructing bandpass signals using two-channel time encoding machine (TEM). It is shown that in principle equivalent to periodic non-uniform (PNS) with time-varying shifts. Then TEM parameters can be set according signal bandwidth amplitude instead upper-edge frequency as case bandlimited/lowpass signals. For a single information band, it perfectly reconstructed if are such difference between any consecutive values sequence each channel...
The concept of ‘big data’ has been widely discussed, and its value illuminated throughout a variety domains. To quickly mine potential values alleviate the ever-increasing volume information, machine learning is playing an increasingly important role faces more challenges than ever. Because few studies exist regarding how to modify techniques accommodate big data environments, we provide comprehensive overview history evolution data, foundations learning, bottlenecks...
There are many researches use peer-to-peer model to organize the Grid Information Service (GIS) and have been testified which be able improve scalability reliability of environment. However, Data (DGIS) has its special requirements all approaches P2P used in GIS cannot applied DGIS. In this paper, we propose a new approach for DGIS that imposes deterministic shape based on hypercube topology, allows very efficient query broadcasting. Furthermore, proposed transposition algorithm optimize...
In this paper, we consider motion-planning for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that oversee cooperative target tracking in realistic communication environments. We present a novel multi-UAVs algorithm based on co-optimization of and sensing strategy, which can generate information-gathering trajectories considering the multi-hops reliability. Firstly, packet-erasure channel model is used to describe wireless links, probability successful information transmission modeled as function...
Human-System systems design is a critical part of Command and Control (C2) design, in order to improve the whole effectiveness C2 human beings must be harmony human-in-loop systems, which can referred as Cyber-physical-social (CPSS). Based on coordination theory, self synchronization CPSS both self-organizing self-adapting process, end effect will shown emergence all dependency relationships among courses action (COAs). Human-system for modeled different views: system view, view being loop...
Modern manufacturing enterprises often need collaborations in their business processes. When coalition services must work together, the coordination problems may be very complex. Coordination theory provides a method for modeling complex collaborative activities distinct way. Hence, methodology with its visualization approach of Web Service composition process was proposed. According to methodology, models all about Services collaboration processes an e-manufacturing were set up as practical...
Earth scientists need software technology that better integrates legacy data with current and future processing capabilities so they can assess reproduce their colleagues’ results.
Many complex problems encountered in both production and daily life can be conceptualized as combinatorial optimization (COPs) over graphs. Recent years, reinforcement learning (RL) based models have emerged a promising direction, which treat the COPs solving heuristic problem. However, current finite-horizon-MDP RL inherent limitations. They are not allowed to explore adquately for improving solutions at test time, may necessary given complexity of NP-hard tasks. Some recent attempts solve...
