The nanostructure cadmium doped cobalt oxide nanoparticles were prepared by microwave irradiation techniques. further characterized using Powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The cadmium doped aluminium oxide (CdAl2O3) nanoparticles were prepared by reverse precipitation method.
