Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is an unusual vascular tumor most frequently located in the superficial head and neck. Noncutaneous localization of this pathology large arteries presenting as a pulsatile mass extremely rare. We describe adult male giant left axillary artery secondary to ALHE. ALHE should be considered differential diagnosis localized peripheral arterial masses, especially young patients.

A 12-year-old boy with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, presented acute myocardial infarction. Intracoronary thrombolysis urokinase restored TIMI III flow in the culprit vessel. After stabilisation medical therapy, unusual clinical findings form of cutaneous hyperpigmentation and hypertrichosis, affecting lower extremities, were appreciated. These other phenotypic features consistent H syndrome, a recently described autosomal recessive genodermatosis, confirmed by mutation analysis....

We describe a case of previously healthy 72-year-old man, who presented with rest angina. The ECG revealed sinus rhythm, biphasic T waves preserved R in V1–V4 precordial leads. Subsequent evaluation the normal serum cardiac marker levels and echocardiography coronary angiography showing critical lesion proximal left anterior descending artery. Thus it was diagnosed as Wellens’ syndrome. In our case, we highlight subtle though classical findings syndrome its specific angiographic correlation....

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: At very early stages of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), highly sensitive biomarkers are still lacking. Human heart-type fatty acid- binding protein (H-FABP) has a high potential as an marker for (AMI) being more than current routine cardiac markers. The objective this study is to determine the efficacy newly developed qualitative test measure H eart- type acid-binding levels in blood diagnosis patients with chest pain and compared Troponin T. DESIGN: Prospective...

A 45-year-old female known to suffer from rheumatic heart disease (RHD), presented with breathlessness of 1 year duration. Two-dimensional echocardiography revealed significant mitral and aortic valve mandating double replacement. In addition, an unusual finding in the form a well-defined, densely calcified intramyocardial left ventricular mass was noted on echocardiography. The nature extent assessed by additional imaging modalities. Patient underwent excision followed Histopathology...

Two-dimensional echocardiography is the primary diagnostic imaging modality for evaluation of cardiac masses. We describe an adult male suffering from acute myeloid leukemia who was detected to have right atrial and ventricular mass on echocardiography. Later, autopsy confirmed diagnosis intracardiac thrombi. Occurrence...
