This article reports the controlled size of ZnO nanoparticles synthesized via simple aqueous chemical route without involvement any capping agent. In the present work, we have endeavored utilization of wet-chemically synthesized copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO-NPs) as active layer in hybrid bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells.
