ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by coprecipitation method at 450C. X-ray diffraction result indicates that the sample is having a crystalline wurtzite phase. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals spherical in shape with an average grain size of about 50nm. peak broadening analysis was used to evaluate sizes and lattice strain Williamson-Hall (W-H) analysis. All other relevant physical parameters such as strain, stress, energy density values also calculated using W-H different...

Pure and Fe-doped Bi2O3 nanorods were synthesized using a hydrothermal method characterized by XRD, FTIR, Raman, FE-SEM, BET, UV-VIS, VSM, PL. The impact of Fe doping on causes variation in properties. 0.5% sample exhibited high surface area (21.732 m2/g) defects, resulting exceptional photocatalytic efficiency (93.37%) for Methylene Blue dye degradation under visible light. In addition, their magnetic properties also investigated, along with observing improved antimicrobial activity....

Herein, the successful synthesis of ZnO/Fe‐doped Bi 2 O 3 nanocomposite through a microwave‐assisted coprecipitation method is reported. The fabricated materials are comprehensively characterized using X‐ray diffraction, field‐emission scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive analysis, UV–vis, vibrating sample magnetometer, and photoluminescence techniques. results investigation unveil reduction in crystalline size, low bandgap 1.7 eV, notable improvements magnetization surface area...

Superparamagnetic N-doped graphene oxide (GO)- with ZnS nanowires was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method doping dilute amounts of Ga, Cr, In, and Al ions for water treatment biomedical applications. In these experiments, to enhance their properties, 2% Ga3+, In3+, or Al3+ were codoped along Cr in nanowires. The nanocomposite the composition, In0.02Cr0.02Zn0.96S, has better photocatalytic efficiency than other co-doped nanocomposites. (metalloids) (transition metal ion) are best...

The simple and cost‐effective co‐precipitation method is used for the synthesis of pure Co 3 O 4 5% Sn‐doped nanoflakes. Crystallographic parameters, chemical composition, morphological properties, optical surface area are analyzed using X‐ray diffraction data (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), Raman analysis, UV–vis, field emission scanning microscopy, energy‐dispersive Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), respectively. By cyclic voltammetry electrochemical impedance in a 2 m...
