Salt‐related structures are common in deep water Gulf of Mexico (GOM) exploration. Salt bodies one the major obstacles for subsurface imaging because seismic wavefields strongly folded and distorted when propagating though them. The availability wide azimuth (WAZ) data reverse time migration (RTM) boost our ability to image subsalt structures. RTM 3D angle gathers yield rich information domain reflection angles. This helps us study illumination remove residual noise data, thereby boosting...
A compact broadband monopole tapered slot antenna (MTSA) for vehicle electromagnetic compatibility tests in the semianechoic chambers (SAC) is proposed and investigated. The MTSA takes metal ground of SAC as part an antenna. With mirroring effect plate SAC, acts a conventional (TSA) but with only half size TSA, also avoids adverse reflections on field uniformity effectively. Moreover, has its flaring that reduces weight by 30%. Both simulated measured results show achieves standing wave...

Azimuthal anisotropy often exists near salt diapirs, where we may observe radial faulting caused by emplacement. Seismic imaging with wide-azimuth or multi-azimuth datasets enlightens us to the existence of azimuthal anisotropy. However, if is then neglected during velocity model building, inconsistent residual moveouts among azimuths remain in common image gathers (CIGs) around these areas. This can prevent a clear definition faults and other dipping events stacked image. Here provide...
The shallow geological complexities in Para-Maranhao Basin, offshore Brazil, characterized by rugose topography and complex V-shaped paleo-canyons directly below the water bottom, bring challenges velocity model building for prestack depth imaging, especially when using a global grid-based tomography. It is not uncommon to see image distortions, such as non-geological undulation amplitude variations, present after tomography updates. These distortions can affect fidelity of reservoir...
In this paper, the radial resistivity variation (RRV) of gas doped floating-zone (GDFZ) silicon has been studied through three factors that are lower shaft rotation speed, timeratio clockwise(CW) speed and counterclockwise (CCW) eccentricity between upper in horizontal direction. Test results show greatly influenced RRV GDFZ silicon, with increase deviation decreases first then increases. As CW&CCW increases, single crystal distribution is improved. reversible angle further increasing,...

As the main substrate materials for solar cell, Czochralskisilicon (CZ-Si) has more crystal defects, higher impurities content and so on, which limit further improvement of conversion efficiency (h). Floating zone melting silicon (FZ-Si) excellent performance but feed rod cost is much higher, it hardly used cell widely. To solve this problem, we developed CFZ monocrystal (CFZ-Si). First poly was made into withΦ110~Φ130mm by CZ process then CFZ-Si FZ method. During process, resistivity...

The Campos Basin, offshore Brazil, features complex shallow geology in the forms of pronounced seabed canyons and paleo-canyons. rapid variations velocity field due to these geologic can be difficult for ray-based tomography techniques resolve, resulting distorted images deeper section. Full waveform inversion (FWI) is able utilize recorded diving–wave energy resolve high-resolution model geologically areas. Additionally, dip-constrained non-linear slope introduces dip constraints residual...
Shell recently announced a subsalt Paleogene discovery in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico (GoM). The field, located under complex overburden carbonate rafts and irregularly shaped salt bodies, has been difficult to image, resulting high Gross Rock Volume (GRV) uncertainty. This paper discusses seismic acquisition velocity model building employed on multi-azimuth subsequent amplitude uncertainty analysis. A update centered full waveform inversion (FWI) helped improve stratigraphy that overlies field....
The center of czochralski (CZ) wafer for solar cell often has black center, due to the existence high impurities content, many defects such as dislocations. This serious effect on cells’ conversion efficiency. To solve this problem, we developed a new kind material-czochralski and floating zone (CFZ) silicon. But there is still in CFZ-Si with conventional process. In order problem successfully technology-alternant forward reverse rotation was introduced. By testing crystal defects, metal...
The shape and stability of growth interface have significant influence on the floating zone (for short FZ) silicon crystal. During crystal cone, reversal will happen due to change cooling mechanism, which makes unstable. This impact be more obvious for with large diameter. body, diameter increasing, curvature thermal stress both increase, is easy result in dislocation even crack So this experiment mainly studied how solve instability problem inversion reduce curvature. In we compared 6...
This project studies the impact on ‹110› dislocation-free monocrystal grown by Czochralski method (hereinafter referred to as CZ) through puller's heat zone system and pulling process. Adjusting appropriately, increasing speed sharply, controlling diameter length in neck growth, crown of tail, all which are key elements guarantee success pulling. The we developed under this can be applied optoelectronic devices for both semiconductor solar industry. According verifications customer, cell...

As basis of the big diameter crystal development, single automatic growth is most important technique for system standardization and mass production. In this article, author introduced a new useful way float zone. By setting interval controlling parameter, PLC controller could automatically control when crystal’s greater than 50mm. This method applied to machine can greatly reduce fault manual operation as well labor intensity. Also it improved quality which increases ability develop in future.
This paper introduces the fabrication method of a kind gas phase phosphorus heavily-doped float zone (FZ) silicon, including thermal field design (electromagnetic copper coil with double water cooling system). solves problems during pulling process FZ silicon crystal doped. The using this methods low oxygen content (less than 0.2ppma),low radial resistivity variation 10%), (the minimum 0.002 ohm.cm), and is good to meet transient voltage suppressor (TVS) for substrate material requirements.
A reconfigurable stripline in anechoic chamber for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing is proposed. The test device can be used EMC to perform radiated immunity. height of the adjustable. It realize reconfiguration impedance. field intensity tested area effectively improve. uniformity ensured as well. In addition, movable and easy use, which improve use efficiency chamber.
