This paper presents a new class of linear permanent magnet (PM) vernier machines which is suitable for low speed and high thrust force applications. The machine composed tubular stator translator. consists an iron core with salient teeth wound 3-phase armature windings PMs mounted on the surface teeth. translator designed as simple so that it very robust to transmit force. By using finite element method, characteristics performances proposed are analyzed verified.
