Furthermore, a HCT-based absorbing mechanism also to replace perfectly matched layer (PML). Finally, it demonstrated how much more efficient in terms memory consumption and execution time than full analysis.
Abstract In this paper, we propose the use of “longitudinal resonance condition” for characterization two-dimensional propagation surface acoustic waves (SAWs) in periodic grating structures, and also show a procedure extracting parameters required behavior model from full-wave analysis. The condition is given by β x p = π, where period wavenumber mode longitudinal direction ( ). This based on fact that conventional SAW resonators, resonances including transverse ones occur when real but...
Abstract In this paper, we propose a physical model for the analysis of transverse modes in surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices.
