An efficient method for the reductive cross-electrophile coupling of aziridines with aryl halides using nickel electrocatalysis is reported. This reaction provides valuable phenethylamines at room temperature in good yields. The was successfully applied to electro-reductive cross-coupling less reactive, unsubstituted N-tosylaziridine. Additionally, we were even able couple challenging alkyl bromides aziridines. Control experiments and voltammetric studies confirm that mechanism distinct from...
In last twenty years, use of internet applications, web hacking activities have exaggerated speedily. Organizations facing very significant challenges in securing their applications from rising cyber threats, as compromise with the protection issues don't seem to be reasonable. Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) techniques help them go looking out security loopholes. These loopholes could also utilized by attackers launch attacks on technical assets. Thus it is necessary...
We report a nickel-catalyzed cascade reaction leading to the arylation of an alkyne-induced acyl migration and formation all-carbon tetra-substituted alkenes in good yields with exclusive Z -selectivity.
A decarboxylative cyanation of amino acids under paired electrochemical reaction conditions has been developed. 4-CN-pyridine was found to be a new and effective reagent catalyst-free conditions. Mechanistic studies support nucleophilic pathway, the protocol can applied diverse substrates including N,N-dialkyl aniline indole derivatives.
Controlled and efficient activation is the crucial aspect of designing an effective prodrug. Herein we demonstrate a proof concept for light activatable prodrug with desired organelle specificity. Mertansine, benzoansamacrolide, microtubule-targeting compound that binds at or near vinblastine-binding site in mitochondrial region to induce mitotic arrest cell death through apoptosis. Despite its efficacy even nanomolar level, this has failed stage 2 human clinical trials owing lack drug...
The development of an electrochemical cobalt catalyzed C–Cl bond activation at room temperature for the nucleophilic addition aryl and vinyl chlorides to α-ketoamides extension enantioselective reaction is described.
Abstract A highly enantioselective synthesis of sitagliptin, a potent DPP‐4 inhibitor, is reported. Explicitly identified chiral FerroLANE ligands in the presence rhodium catalyze asymmetric hydrogenation an enamine to yield sitagliptin with excellent enantioselectivity (98% ee ). The process was scaled up 5 g and final product isolated as phosphate salt >99% .
Introduction: Bidi manufacturing in India is one of the biggest jobs for women age-old industry and unorganized sector. Female bidi rollers are exposed to unfiltered tobacco dust volatile compounds containing hazardous chemicals while making bidis as they do not use any protective wear. Our objective study find out health problems female suggest preventive strategies. Materials methods: The present was a community based cross sectional descriptive study. undertaken rolling factories...
Background: Basic life support (BLS) is defined as medical procedures and skills that can be utilized in case of emergency to save lives. Objective was study the knowledge basic undergraduate students Maharashtra. Methods: A cross-sectional on from first final year MBBS July 2018 Community Medicine department, Government college, Maharashtra. Results: Out total 300 students, 59.34% were females 40.66% males. 42% MBBS, 38% second 20% MBBS. While 67% had previous training BLS performed CPR...
Background: A country needs sound epidemiological information to prioritize, plan and implement the public health care system effectively. Outcome data from hospitalized patients reflect causes of major illnesses seeking behaviour community. Thus, we felt need conduct this study at our hospital assess socio-demographic factors affecting outcome babies admitted in neonatal intensive unit. Methods: The present was a based observational descriptive study. undertaken unit (NICU) department...
Diabetes is on the rise across Globe and millions of people are being affected. Sitagliptin has emerged as a potent inhibitor for treatment type II diabetes, which can regulate blood sugar level, new strategies to prepare this molecule discovered. Herein we report highly enantioselective synthesis sitagliptin. Using specifically identified chiral FerroLANE ligands in presence rhodium catalyst asymmetric hydrogenation an enamine yield sitagliptin with excellent enantioselectivity (98% ee)....
