Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV) have been rapidly developed, which, inevitably, renders that human-driven autonomous vehicles share the road. Thus, trajectory prediction is an important research topic, which helps each CAV to efficiently follow a Human-Driven Vehicle (HV). In wider scope, prediction, also, improve throughput of traffic flow enhance its stability. To realize Vehicles, car-following model, based on data, was established. Adding deep neural networks Attention mechanism,...

Virus-induced gene silencing (VIGS) has been shown to be an effective tool for investigating functions in herbaceous plant species, but rarely tested trees. The establishment of a fast and reliable transformation system is especially important woody plants, many which are recalcitrant transformation. In this study, we established tobacco rattle virus (TRV)-based VIGS two Populus euphratica P. × canescens. Here, TRV constructs carrying 266 bp or 558 fragment the phytoene desaturase (PDS) were...

To overcome the difficulty of collecting working resistance and trajectory a wheel loader, this paper constructs statics model bucket kinematics in shoveling process analyzes key parameters measuring trajectory. Based on this, acquisition strategy is proposed. verify effectiveness strategy, in-service operation data fine sand loose soil shoveled by loader are collected analyzed. Then, test-fitted obtained, input into RecurDyn-EDEM co-simulation to obtain simulation-fitted resistance....

To understand the molecular basis of viral diseases, transcriptome profiling has been widely used to correlate host gene expression change patterns with disease symptoms during infection in many plant hosts. We apple by Apple stem grooving virus (ASGV), which produces no symptoms, assess significance changes development. specifically asked question whether such asymptomatic is attributed limited expression. Using RNA-seq, we identified a total 184 up-regulated and 136 down-regulated genes...

To handle the problem of low detection accuracy and missed caused by dense objects, overlapping, occlusions in scenario complex construction machinery swarm operations, this paper proposes a multi-object method based on improved YOLOv4 model. Firstly, K-means algorithm is used to initialize anchor boxes improve learning efficiency depth features objects. Then, pooling operation replaced with dilated convolution solve that layer reduces resolution feature maps causes high rate. Finally, focus...
