Task scheduling is one of the key technology cloud computing, its main goal to satisfy fairness system resources and tasks more effectively, at same time as much possible realize load balance reduce completion time.Combined with advantages genetic Algorithm, we put forward a Fair Balanced effective Scheduling Algorithm FBEGSA (Fair Efficient Genetic Algorithm).The experimental results show that algorithm useful task scheduling.
