We herein report two separate cases in which a tuberculous abscess of the chest wall invaded liver by penetrating through diaphragm. After confirming presence lesions and liver, both patients received preoperative anti-tuberculosis (TB) medications for weeks; after which, were surgically removed. Following surgery, fully recovered asymptomatic, but continued to receive routine postoperative care involving anti-TB medications. Neither patient showed recurrence TB during 15-month follow-up period.
