Alkaloids, a class of low-molecular-weight nitrogenous compounds, attract great deal interest because their biological activities and therapeutic potential. Yet, surprisingly little is known about interactions with drug transporters, especially Organic Anion Transporting Polypeptide 1B1 (OATP1B1), liver-specific uptake transporter, which closely associated drug-induced liver injury (DILI). This study aims to investigate the inhibitory effects 160 alkaloids on OATP1B1, assess hepatoprotective...

Carrot grading is a crucial part in the carrot processing and marketing. At present, of carrots mainly depends on manual grading, which labor intensive low efficient In this paper, six shape parameters carrot, including length, maximum diameter, average area, perimeter aspect ratio, color R, G, B, H, S V components were extracted by machine vision. Taking these 12 as input feature parameters, recognition models back propagation neural network (BPNN), support vector (SVM) extreme learning...

Carrot grading is a labor-intensive and time-consuming task. In order to improve the efficiency effect of carrot grading, algorithms were proposed extract key parameters surface defects such as green-shoulder, bending, fibrous root, cracked broken based on machine vision. The detection algorithm green-shoulder obtained by binarizing H component. recognition bending carrots realized extracting skeleton component shape skeleton. root slope edges S And gotten binarization G subtract B Broken...

In order to improve the drying efficiency and product quality, three methods of hot air (HA), hybrid infrared-hot (IR-HA), radio frequency-hot (RF-HA) were used dry fresh Camellia oleifera seeds. The results showed that shortest time was needed, minimum shrinkage C. seed cells obtained under than drying. oils squeezed from seeds dried by natural (room temperature), air, represented AO, HAO, IR-HAO, RF-HAO respectively. dielectric constant, characteristic peak value melting heat flux, acid...

In order to find out an effective way for separating the seed and peel of camellia oleifera fruit, physical characteristic was studied. A machine designed according principle friction air separation, experimental carried out. Experiment results shows that compared with belt speed airflow speed, inclination has more significant effect on separation peel. The optimum combination are as follows: angle is 22°, 0.7m/s, 1m/s, rate than 98% 93%.

Abstract In order to explore the feasibility of hot air splitting Camellia oleifera fruit, effect temperature on peel splitting, moisture state and migration in peel, microstructure seed color were studied. The results showed that higher could accelerate rate, optimum for C. fruit was 90–110 °C considering quality. Page model most suitable describing drying kinetic characteristics oleifer a fruit. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) revealed changing dehydration rate bound water, immobilized...

Radio frequency (RF) heating has been considered as a promising method for food pasteurization and disinfestations, materials uniformity are the main considerations in developing scaling-up RF treatment protocols. In this study, an experimentally validated model of corn seeds was developed to investigate its characteristics effects sample shape on uniformity. Results showed that hot spots distributed corners edges but cold ones centre rectangular sample, which led concentration electric...

The response mechanism of soil microflora in military polluted sites can effectively indicate the biotoxicity ammunition. In this study, two demolition ranges soils grenades and bullet were collected. According to high-throughput sequencing, after being attacked by grenades, dominant bacteria Site 1 (S1) are Proteobacteria (97.29%) Actinobacteria (1.05%). bacterium 2 (S2) is (32.95%), followed (31.17%). After exercise, bacterial diversity index declined significantly, communities interacted...
