We demonstrate a high-power, wavelength tunable mid-infrared laser with high-precision power attenuator. The output is 5.1W at 3.8μm, achieved by an optical parametric oscillator (OPO) based on multichannel periodically-poled lithium niobate (PPLN). repetition frequency 10kHz, and the pulse width 69ns. from 3.708μm to 4.142μm. High-precision control attenuator obtained, accuracy of 0.2dB 0~27dB.
