Residual stress is an important parameter to evaluate and predict the interfacial peeling failure of a thermal barrier coating (TBC) system in cycle. Considering non-uniform temperature field, analytical model for predicting residual TBC-film cooling was established. Based on double-layer system, solutions were validated by comparing with previous results. Then, four-layer including superalloy substrate (SUB), metallic bond coat (BC), thermally grown oxide (TGO), ceramic top (TC), analyzed....

XML has become integral to many critical enterprise technologies with its ability enable data interoperability between applications on different platforms. However, wide adoption of is hindered by inefficient parsing methods. In this paper, we present a novel approach for in non-extractive way, encoding node information 64-bit integers instead creating objects during parsing. The testing results show that great improvement been achieved over parsers, both terms memory consumption and performance.

Submerged impingement boiling has been extensively applied in industrial cooling owing to its high heat transfer coefficient (HTC). A particles-packed porous layer with enlarged area and special internal structure can improve the fluid disturbance produce adequate bubble nucleation sites. An experimental investigation on submerged jet impinging of a brass beads-packed was conducted. The effects flow rate, inlet subcooling, beads diameter, number as well various double combination models...

Robotic systems driven by artificial muscles present unique challenges due to the nonlinear dynamics of actuators and complex designs mechanical structures. Traditional model-based controllers often struggle achieve desired control performance in such systems. Deep reinforcement learning (DRL), a trending machine technique widely adopted robot control, offers promising alternative. However, integrating DRL into these robotic faces significant challenges, including requirement for large...

With thin film encapsulation(TFE) emerging as a promising technology for blocking H2O/O2 permeation in flexible devices, the imperative to assess TFE’s barrier performance through simulation, rather than time-consuming testing process, has escalated. HereTo meet this requirement, study introduces , finite element simulation model high TFE, predicting water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) and reliability on ability block vapor. Employing Fick’s law foundation, incorporates transfer of dilute...
