This study describes a green synthesis method for silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using autochthonous "Mollar de Elche" pomegranate peel extract and optimized through Python-programmed Box-Behnken design (BBD) created specifically the work. The bioactive compounds in pomegranate, particularly punicalagin, serve as effective reducing stabilizing agents. BBD was used to analyze effects of dependent variables such nitrate concentration, temperature on responses hydrodynamic diameter,...

Glioblastoma (GBM), characterized by fast growth and invasion into adjacent tissue, is the most aggressive cancer of brain origin. Current protocols, which include cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agents, effectively treat localized disease; however, these therapies present side effects due to high doses administered. Therefore, more efficient ways drug delivery have been studied reduce therapeutic exposure patients. We isolated fully small extracellular vesicles (EVs) from seven patient-derived...

Neurosensory disorders such as pain and pruritus remain a major health problem greatly impacting the quality of life, often increasing risk mortality. Current pre-clinical models to investigate dysfunction sensory neurons have shown limited clinical translation, in part, by failing mimic compartmentalized nociceptor anatomy that exhibits central compartment containing soma peripheral one harboring axon endings with distinct molecular cellular environmental composition. Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC), is the most common aggressive cancer of pancreas. The standard care PDAC includes tumor resection and chemotherapy, but lack early diagnosis limited response to treatment worsens patient's condition. In order improve efficiency we look for more efficient systems drug delivery. We isolated fully characterized small Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) from RWP-1 cell line. The use of diverse Ag-based nanoparticulated forms has shown promising results in controlling viral propagation. In this study, a commercial nanomaterial consisting ceramic-coated silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was incorporated into thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) plates using an industrial protocol, and the surface composition, ion-release dynamics viricidal properties were studied. characterization by FESEM-EDX revealed that molar composition ceramic material 5.5 P:3.3 Mg:Al facilitated...

Sound propagation velocity of surface acoustic waves (SAWs) and bulk (BAWs) has been investigated by means high resolution Brillouin spectroscopy. The results show a linear dependence the BAW with Al concentration. There is no relevant influence substrate chosen in BAWs AlxGa1−xN thin films. SAW epitaxially grown AlN clearly lower than observed one prepared reactive dc magnetron sputtering. Numerical simulation are compared experimental results.

Several mechanisms have been revised to explain the aggregation of metal adsorbates on a $7\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}7$ reconstructed Si(111) surface. Some them are based high mobility incident particles, while others collect nonlocal weak or moderate interactions among adsorbates. The adsorbate aggregation, which has characterized via temporal evolution surface occupation and monomer cluster density ratios, studied for each mechanism through kinetic Monte Carlo simulations as well...
