Self amplified stimulated emission free electron laser production from energy above 1.5 GeV is studied to obtain 1-100 nm wavelength.Design simulations of linear accelerating system with gun and enjector has been done in more detail by considering space charge effect for beam.Electromagnetic field superconducting cavities, solenoid fields, cavity defects such as Higher Order Modes, Multipacting, Lorentz Force Detuning, beam behaviour along the beamline are very important details this...
This study examines a single wurtzite ZnO/ZnBeO quantum well structure oriented in the polar c-direction. The focus is on investigating binding energies associated with an impurity donor atom within this system. To achieve this, self-consistent solution to Schrödinger and Poisson equations obtained using finite difference method. framework employed involves effective mass envelope function approximations. represented hydrogenic-type wave function, are determined via variational approach....
Polarizaton properties of ZnO well layers on BeMgZnO barrier grown in polar and semipolar orientations have been investigated. Cases relaxed strained are considered. It is found that the polarizaton difference at interfaces leads to a built-in electric field inside layer as much 8 MV cm^(-1) magnitude. Nonpolar ZnO/BeMgZnO quantum wells studied terms intersubband transitions. The calculations covered Be Mg concentrations up 0.18 0.5, respectively. has transition (ISBT) energies ranging from...
The effects of spontaneous and piezoelectric polarizations on the intersubband absorption in GaN/ZnGeN2 quantum well are studied. Schrödinger Poisson equations solved self-consistently. first order linear third nonlinear coefficients transitions originating from ground excited states calculated. We have presented results relative to polarization, doping level length. polarization causes peak be reduced shifted higher energies, become weaker, but this effect is slightly reversed with doping....
