Shale oil and gas have been discovered in the lacustrine organic-rich Zhangjiatan of Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation, Ordos Basin, China. Core observations indicate abundant silty laminae producing shales. This study documents stratigraphic distribution their relationship with interlaminated clay laminae. The type, structure, characteristics pores mineral composition were observed analyzed through thin section scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, low-pressure ![Formula][1]...

This paper presents a passive wireless polymer-derived silicon carbonitride (SiCN) ceramic sensor based on cavity radio frequency resonator together with integrated slot antenna. The effect of the dimensions Q-factor and resonant is investigated by numerical simulation. A optimal designed fabricated. It demonstrated that signal can be wirelessly detected at distances up to 20 mm. Given high-temperature stability SiCN, very promising for sensing applications.

Abstract We report the synthesis of silicon oxycarbonitride ceramic‐graphene oxide (Si CNO – GO ) composites by using polyvinylsilazne ( PVSZ and as precursors through cross‐linking processes, in which organizes into microspheres Si matrix. The formation significantly enhances electrical conductivity . resistivity shows a negative temperature coefficient range from 25°C to 600°C. demonstrate application functional component high‐temperature sensors.

Particulate matter (PM) is a major air pollutant, which has significant impact on public health. Filtration of PM through filters common method to protect the environment. However, effective removal with conventional still remains challenge because its small sizes. Here, we reported formation ultrafine polyamide 6 (PA‐6) nanofiber membranes formed needleless electrospinning, in both relative humidity condition and electrode type were included discussion. Flexible dielectric capacitors have been widely studied recently on account of their fast charge–discharge speed, high power density, and superior wearable characteristics. Inorganic ferroelectric fillers/polymer matrix composites combining large maximum electric displacement (Dmax) materials with good flexibility breakdown strength (Eb) the polymer are regarded as most promising for preparing flexible energy storage properties. However, simultaneously achieving discharge density (Wd)...
