COVID-19 had massive effects on the healthcare system and multifactorial implications for management of intensive care unit cerebrovascular patients. This study aimed to assess effect outcomes patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
Rathke's cleft cysts (RCCs) are benign fluid-filled that develop in the pituitary gland because of abnormal embryological development pouch. Most RCCs small and asymptomatic; however, they can present with symptoms or documented growth, sometimes prompting surgical treatment. For smaller asymptomatic lesions, an unknown proportion demonstrates regression over time. This study describes 3 cases spontaneous RCC regression.
Background: Rathke's cleft cysts (RCCs) are benign fluid-filled that develop in the pituitary gland as a result of abnormal embryological development pouch. Most RCCs small and asymptomatic; however, they can present with symptoms caused by mass effect from large cyst prompting surgical treatment. For smaller asymptomatic lesions, several studies have shown majority do not enlarge, an unknown proportion demonstrates regression over time. The purpose this study is to explore rate spontaneous...
