During the smelting process of AOD furnace, unbalanced reaction material will lead to occurrence splashing. It not only damage equipment but also seriously injure personnel. In this study, first, information liquid level, audio and vibration are detected by multiple sensors respectively. Then fused is used forecast Finally, multitasking fuzzy controller suppress The results show that method forecasting suppressing splashing can accurately achieve rapid suppression. Thus efficiency be improved.
