We have investigated the synthesis and field emission properties of high-quality double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWCNTs) using a catalytic chemical vapor deposition method. For DWCNTs CVD method, we used various containing molecules such as methane, ethylene, THF propanol over Fe-Mo embedded MgO support material. The produced materials method indicated high-purity DWCNT bundles free amorphous covering on surface. showed low turn-on voltage higher stability compared with SWCNTs.
