Intent detection is traditionally modeled as a sequence classification task where the role of models to map users' utterances their class. In this paper, however, we show that accuracy can be improved with use token level intent annotations and introducing new annotation guidelines for labeling sentences in task. What more, introduce method training network predict joint sentence annotations. We also test effects different schemes (BIO, binary, intent) on model’s accuracy.
