In the field of plastic reconstructive surgery, development new innovative matrices for skin repair is in demand. The ideal biomaterial should promote attachment, proliferation and growth cells. Additionally, it degrade an appropriate time period without releasing harmful substances, not exerting a pathological immune response. materials used display optimized mechanical properties to sustain cell limit scaffold contraction. Wound healing biological process directed towards restoration...

Abstract A series of novel N‐ 9 substituted 6‐morpholino‐9 H ‐purine derivatives (PP 1–6; PO 1–6) were designed and synthesized via a multi‐step synthetic pathway. Spectroscopic techniques confirmed their chemical structures. The compounds screened for in vitro antimicrobial, antioxidant anti‐inflammatory activities. PP‐3 , PP‐5 PP‐6 PO‐2 PO‐5 have exhibited good activity against all the bacterial strains with MIC 4–8 μg/mL whereas PO‐6 strong inhibition fungal (MIC: 2–4 μg/mL). has strongly...
