The article describes clinical cases of successful treatment gunshot wounds (shot) in the Trauma Department Scientific Research Institute – Regional Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after Professor S.V. Ochapovsky" (Krasnodar, Russia). In fractures, recognized method is use external transosseous fixation devices, but modern conditions it possible to various surgical techniques one-stage and staged treatment. To prevent infectious complications, addition medications, VAC drainage subsequently...

Superparamagnetic Iron(II,III) oxide Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NP) in magnetic nanocomplex (MNC2) with antitumor drug doxorubicin (DOXO) induced a greater and antimetastatic effect compared to the (MNC1) composed of ferromagnetic DOXO conventional during nanotherapy animals Lewis lung carcinoma. The intratumor temperature did not exceed 39 °C. MNC2 had g-factors 2.00, 2.30 4.00. This report presents a clinical case of treatment Salmonella coxitis, developed as result bacteremia, which is fairly rare complication. We performed head resection both femurs and, after long-term antibiotic therapy, total hip replacement within six months from the onset disease. Given lack publications on tactics treating patients with this pathology in accessible medical literature, we believe that our experience will be useful to specialists engaged diseases large joints.
