The enantiomerization and enatioselecive bioaccumulation of benalaxyl by dietary exposure to Tenebrio molitor larvae under laboratory conditions were studied HPLC-MS/MS. Exposure enantiopure R-benalaxyl S-benalaxyl in T. revealed significant with formation the R enantiomers from S enantiomers, vice versa. Enantiomerization was not observed wheat bran during period 21 days. For experiment, enantiomer fraction maintained approximately at 0.6, whereas 0.5; other words, enantioselective larvae....
The enantiomerization and enantioselective bioaccumulation of metalaxyl by a single dose exposure to Tenebrio molitor larvae under laboratory condition were studied high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectroscopy (HPLC-MS/MS) based on ChiralcelOD-3R [cellulosetris-tris-(3, 5-dichlorophenyl-carbamate)] column. Exposure enantiopure R-metalaxyl S-metalaxyl in exhibited significant enantiomerization, with formation the R enantiomers from S enantiomers, vice versa, which might be...
ABSTRACT The bioaccumulation and excretion of enantiomers myclobutanil in Tenebrio molitor larvae through dietary exposure under laboratory conditions were investigated using high‐performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC‐MS/MS) based on a ChiralcelOD‐3R [cellulosetris‐ tris ‐(3, 5‐dichlorophenyl‐carbamate)] column. wheat bran fed to was spiked with racemic at two dose levels 20 mg/kg 2 (dry weight). results showed that there significant trend enantioselective the...
