Aim: Quantify the extent of residual coronary disease after bypass surgery (CABG) in very old patients (> 80) with multivessel and evaluate its impact on 1 year prognosis. Methods: Retrospective analysis from a single centre 122 consecutive ≥80 years age undergoing isolated CABG between January 2005 December 2010 (mean 83±2; 63% men 30% diabetics).
