A special type of Gagliardo-Nirenberg-Sobolev (GNS) inequalities in $\mathbb{R}^d$ has played a key role several proofs Lieb-Thirring inequalities. Recently, need for GNS convex domains $\mathbb{R}^d$, particular cubes, arised. The purpose this manuscript is two-fold. First we prove inequality domains, with explicit constants which depend on the geometry domain. Later, using discrete version Rumin's method, cubes improved constants.
