摘要: 发展新能源汽车是我国应对国家能源战略需求、实现 2060 年碳中和目标的重大战略选择。动力电池是新能源汽车能源动力系统的核心,影响整车动力性、经济性、安全性、使用年限等关键性能。动力电池测试与评价标准体系保障了量产化动力电池的整体性能、安全性等,梳理动力电池标准对于促进行业技术突破、产业升级等具有重要意义。详细比较国内外动力电池标准,分析包含动力电池要求的新能源汽车标准,针对动力电池着重阐释与比较国内外标准基础通用性能、安全性能、电性能、循环寿命等方面,全面剖析 GB、 ISO、 IEC 和 GTR 标准的具体内容,比较电池单体到系统的强制标准和推荐标准测试内容,特别针对国内 GB 38031、 GB/T 31467 EVS-GTR 第一版标准测试内容分析比较测试方法,重点归纳国内外动力电池测评标准体系发展历史与技术增量。我国现行有效的标准实现与国际标准全面接轨,重心转向电池系统的性能测试与检验。锂离子电池在电动汽车领域的大规模应用与动力电池标准的更新促进,为动力电池检测、新能源汽车测评领域从业人员提供参考。
