This study was to investigate the contamination level of waste water in Kushtia industrial region Bangladesh. Some parameters were analyzed like pH, electrical conductance, total dissolved solids (TDS), hardness, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), chemical (COD), and for heavy metal (Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, Mn) concentration. The pH found be range from 8.485 4.187; whereas, conductance 8.4×10-4 2.9×10-3 ohm-1cm-1. In addition, lowest value TDS 567 highest 956 ppm. Furthermore, hardness...
Silica nanoparticle cross-linked acrylamide polymer hydrogels showed promising adsorption behavior for organic dye removal in a neutral to basic pH range with rapid rate, high capacity and excellent regeneration efficacy.
In this study, green coloured Cu(II) and red Fe(III) complexes of pyridine were prepared the elemental characterization confirmed their composition. The found very interesting attractive as potential candidates with antimicrobial activity. Along this, melting point, molar conductivity measurement, magnetic moment determination, electronic FTIR spectroscopy also measured to characterize complexes. Pyridine acts monodentate which resulted in formation square planar octahedral structure...
The aim of the study was to characterize chemical constituents and determine antibacterial antioxidant activities essential oils three different extracts Dryopteris marginalis. root had oil yield 0.36 % (w/w) in which 12 organic compounds representing 97.22% were identified. Tyranton found as most abundant component with 77.571 total concentration oil. zones inhibition against tested bacteria range 6.5-15 mm. Pseudomonas vulnerable MICs 15.62 μg/mL by both ethyl acetate petroleum ether...
Abstract Modification of cellulose with silver nanoparticles produces various nanocomposites significantly developed properties. This work aims to prepare a PVA hydrogel modified cellulose/silver having potential applications in fields including biomedical, antimicrobial inhibition, textile wears, etc. Microfibrillated hydrogels were prepared the aqueous medium aid microwave-assisted heating. Different percentages incorporated enhance properties hydrogel. Prepared products characterized by...
