An unusual conductance sequence Effects of correlations between electrons are enhanced in systems reduced dimensions. The two-dimensional interface two oxide materials, lanthanum aluminate (LaAlO 3 ) and strontium titanate (SrTiO ), exhibits magnetism superconductivity. In even lower-dimensional fabricated similar heterostructures, can pair without going superconducting. Briggeman et al. have now observed another exotic effect LaAlO /SrTiO waveguides: At certain magnetic fields, the these...

We propose a hexagonal optical lattice system with spatial variations in the hopping matrix elements. Just like valley Hall effect strained Graphene, for atoms near Dirac points elements can be described by pseudo-magnetic field and result formation of Landau levels. show that leads to measurable experimental signatures momentum resolved Bragg spectroscopy, Bloch oscillations, cyclotron motion, quantization in-situ densities. Our proposal realized slight modification existing experiments. In...

We study the formation of bound states in a one-dimensional, single-component Fermi chain with attractive interactions. The phase diagram, computed from DMRG (density matrix renormalization group), shows not only superfluid paired fermions (pair phase) and liquid fermion triplets (trion phase), but also two gapless modes. show that latter is described by 2-component Tomonaga-Luttinger (TLL) theory, consisting one charged neutral mode. argue based on our numerical data, single, pair, trion...

Cobalt, as a rare metal, plays an important role in strategic resources due to its physical, chemical, and mechanical properties applications. In order achieve automatic control of the cobalt extraction process, it is necessary conduct online detection color characteristics solution. Unfortunately, lack methods for solution, process has not yet been achieved. Currently, solution needs be observed judged by operators based on experience. This will result significant errors time lag. To change...
