为了更有效地控制和调节激光器的温度与功率,设计了一种基于STC11F08XE单片机控制的具有温控和功率控制功能的激光发生器驱动电路。通过使用ADN8830芯片的温度控制功能和ADN2830芯片的功率控制功能实现激光器的温度控制,同时能够手动改变激光器的输出功率。实验结果表明,该系统温度控制模块能够稳定控制激光器温度,使目标温度误差低于0.01 ℃,波长可以在1 535.17 nm~1 563.24 nm之间变动。功率控制模块可实现手动控制,激光器功率在0~10 dBm间变化,误差在0~0.05 mW之间。
