A portable and simple Raman scattering photoluminescence spectroscopy system was set up for sensitive rapid determination of nitrate/nitrite at low concentrations in water samples. A key component in VR systems is omnidirectional content, which provides 360-degree views of scenes. At a given time, only portion called viewport, displayed using head-mounted displays. In this work, we develop an objective quality metric, Weighted Viewport PSNR (W-VPSNR), for content spatially-varying quality.
