The co-steam gasification of biomass (straw) and Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) presents a promising pathway for sustainable waste management renewable energy production, with significant implications environmental protection. This study investigates the co-gasification straw RDF to optimize syngas production minimize undesired by-products. optimization S/M ratio temperature is crucial efficient gasification. optimal balance yield, quality (LHV), process efficiency (carbon conversion cold gas...

The early formation of phosphate oxide formed on 316 stainless steel (316 SS), nickel-based Alloy 625, and titanium alloy TA8 exposed in supercritical water (400 °C, 25 MPa) containing phosphate, chloride, oxygen was investigated. Phosphate corrosion products austenitic displayed the severest spallation. Stable phosphates films were inclined to form 625. TiO2 Ti2O3 are two main components TA8. There is a strong synergistic effect between phosphates, oxygen, water, leading severe corrosion....

Drying has been widely studied as a necessary process in biomass utilization. The steam diffusion law plays an important role drying kinetics. kinetics of single particle using Fick’s second was this paper. A parabolic relationship appeared between the critical moisture content and temperature. decreased with increase temperature initial content. had significant effect on effective diffusivity coefficient mass transfer during dramatically falling period process. However, it affected by...

Incineration is a main way to dispose the municipal solid waste (MSW) in China, but incineration (MSWI) fly ash will negatively impact environment and human health as containing high content of heavy metals. This study aimed investigate influence pre-addition dry/semi-dry slaked lime during purification flue gas on subsequent chelation solidification treatment ash. has found that semi-dry had more effect rate metals MSWI compared dry lime. As dosage increased, Zn Ba increased 100 %, while Cr...
