Following the presentation of XMM-LSS X-ray source detection package by Pacaud et al., we provide lists for first 5.5 surveyed square degrees. The catalogues pertain to [0.5-2] and [2-10] keV bands contain in total 3385 point-like or extended sources above a likelihood 15 either band. agreement with deep logN-logS is excellent. main parameters considered are position, countrate, extent associated values. A set additional quantities such as astrometric corrections fluxes further calculated...

We present the XMM Large-Scale Structure Survey (XMM-LSS) cluster catalogue corresponding to Canada–France–Hawaii Telescope Legacy D1 area. The list contains 13 spectroscopically confirmed, X-ray selected galaxy clusters over 0.8 deg2 a redshift of unity and so constitutes highest density sample date. Cluster bolometric luminosities range from 0.03 5 × 1044 erg s−1. In this study, we describe our construction procedure: detection candidates compilation confirmed with an explicit selection...

aims: We present VRi photometric observations of the quadruply imaged quasar HE 0435-1223, carried out with Danish 1.54m telescope at La Silla Observatory. Our aim was to monitor and study magnitudes colors each lensed component as a function time. methods: monitored object during two seasons (2008 2009) in spectral bands, reduced data independent techniques: difference imaging PSF (Point Spread Function) fitting.results: Between these seasons, our results show an evident decrease flux by...

The entire funding has recently been obtained in Belgium for the construction of a 4m Liquid Mirror Telescope. Its prime focus will be equipped with semi-conventional glass corrector allowing to correct TDI effect and thinned, high quantum efficiency, 4K × pixel equivalent CCD camera. It capable subarcsecond imaging i'(760 nm) possibly r', g' band(s) over field ~ 30' diameter. This facility entirely dedicated deep photometric astrometric variability survey period 5 years. In this paper,...

A preliminary data analysis of the stellar light curves obtained by robotic telescopes TAOS project is presented. We selected a run relative to one fields observed three four telescopes, and we investigate common trend correlation between curves. propose two ways remove these trends show results. aimed at flagging interesting behaviors, such as variability, set up an automated follow-up with San Pedro Mártir Facilities on way.
