A high-efficiency broadband acoustic energy harvester consisting of a compliant-top-plate Helmholtz resonator (HR) and dual piezoelectric cantilever beams is proposed. The seismic performance of superimposed reinforced concrete (RC) shear walls is decreased by rocking behavior and damage concentration at the horizontal joint. An enhanced joint method proposed to improve corresponding performance. To validate reliability method, three full-scale a cast-in-place wall (for comparison) are designed tested under quasi-static load. test results indicate that phenomenon can be prevented using RC with joints comparable walls.
