In recent years, the strategy of obtaining ultra-high strength bulk Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys materials through implementing severe plastic deformation (SPD) has emerged as prominent trend in structural lightweight development aerospace and transportation fields. However, inherent poor formability makes SPD process high-alloying a great challenge. present work, continuous named Conform, utilizing rotational speed 4 rpm mold preheating temperature 300 °C, was performed on 7055 Al alloy prepared rod...

In this study, aluminium matrix hybrid composites (AMHCs) containing 10 wt-%SiC microparticles and x wt-%TiB2 (x = 1, 3 5) nanoparticles were fabricated by powder metallurgy. The effect of TiB2 content on microstructure mechanical properties examined a combination scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy tension tests. results showed that the improved with increasing nanoparticles. Compared to reinforced mono SiC microparticles, ultimate tensile strength yield AMHCs additional 5...

Abstract In the present work, exploration of photodetectors (PDs) based on CsPbI 3 nanotubes are reported. The as‐prepared can be stable for more than 2 months under air conditions. It is found that, in comparison to nanowires, nanobelts, and nanosheets, advantageous used as functional units PDs, which mainly attributed enhanced light absorption ability induced by trapping effect within tube cavity. As a proof concept, as‐constructed PDs nanotube an overall excellent performance with...
