Cardiac papillary fibroelastoma (CPF) is a rare and histologically benign tumour. It the most common valvular tumour third cardiac tumour, after myxoma lipoma (less then 16% of all tumours). CPF surgically correctable cause cerebrovascular myocardial infarction, making its identification by echocardiography beneficial.
