Motivated by modern large-scale information processing problems in engineering, this paper concentrates on studying distributed constrained convex optimization over a connected undirected network. The problem involves sum of differentiable function with Lipschitz continuous gradient and two non-smooth functions linear operator. To solve such problem, we propose novel primal-dual forward-backward splitting algorithm, called D-PDFBS. Each agent locally computes the proximal operators,...

In this paper, the control of analog cellular neural network systems via particle swarm optimization (PSO) approach is presented. A novel method for designing templates a gray-scale image noise cancellation discussed. Based on PSO method, used to design and diminish interference in polluted images. Finally, demonstrated examples are presented illustrate effectiveness proposed -CNN methodology.

In this paper, the control of discrete time cellular neural network (DTCNN) systems via particle swarm optimization (PSO) approach is presented. A novel method for designing templates image noise cancellation discussed. Based on PSO method, can design and diminish interference in polluted images. Finally, demonstrated examples are presented to illustrate effectiveness proposed PSO-CNN methodology.

The integration research of terrestrial and satellite network utilizes Software-Defined Networking (SDN) to build an emerging architecture. Therein, the joint placement problem gateways controllers is crucial for design this SDN-enabled integrated network. Different from previous work which only considers latency reliability, we introduce load average difference rate metric balance in In order minimize determine appropriate number gateways, propose a simulated annealing algorithm based on...

Abnormal event detection, which refers to mining unusual interactions among involved entities, plays an important role in many real applications. Previous works mostly over-simplify this task as detecting abnormal pair-wise interactions. However, real-world events may contain multi-typed attributed entities and complex them, forms Attributed Heterogeneous Information Network (AHIN). With the boom of social networks, detection AHIN has become important, but seldom explored task. In paper, we...

The NoIse Subspace-based Estimation (NISE) algorithm has been shown to provide adequate direction of arrival (DoA) estimates for uncorrelated sources in traditionally difficult scenarios, with relatively low computational complexity. In this work, we discuss the behavior NISE practical scenarios where are correlated, and a mathematical proof its convergence. Numerical results showing performance against Unitary Root-MUSIC also presented.
