To update and extend a previous cross-sectional international comparison of glycaemic control in people with type 1 diabetes.Data were obtained for 520,392 children adults diabetes from 17 population five clinic-based data sources countries or regions between 2016 2020. Brief Summary: This physician survey-based study compared insulin dose recommendations between an artificial intelligence-based decision support system (ED-DSS) and 20 experienced physicians from 11 countries. Using data 17 individuals with type 1 diabetes (T1D) treated multiple daily injections (MDI), the proportion of agreement disagreement for adjustment observed ED-DSS was statistically non-inferior to that among physicians.
