A Brønsted–Lewis–surfactant-combined heteropolyacid (HPA) Cr[(DS)H2PW12O40]3 has been synthesized, and is used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the conversion of cellulose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in one pot within 2 h at 150 °C with 77.1% 52.7% yield. This micellar HPA shows stability can be recycled by simple separation process.
The grinding process has become widely used to improve the fineness and performance of fly ash. However, most studies focus on particle size distribution ground ash, while morphology is also an important factor affect cement paste. This article aims at three different kinds ash from ball mill vertical mill, observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) calculate spherical destruction (the ratio particles broken into irregular in ash), which provides a quantification change process. fluidity...
The deterioration mechanisms of sulfate attack on concrete under sustained loading and wet-dry cycling were investigated based micro macroobservations. mass fraction sodium solution was 6.9%. Three levels 20, 40, 60% ultimate flexural load considered, the mechanically applied to specimens four-point bending. Microobservations included analysis chemical products formed using thermal determination sulfate-ion content profile modified barium gravimetric method (chemical titration)....
With the rapid advancement of technology and growing scarcity energy resources, finding effective ways to reduce power consumption has become increasingly crucial. Hybrid electric vehicles play a vital role in this endeavor, warranting deeper exploration focus. In study, I utilized AVL-Cruise software, powerful tool for simulation data modeling, conduct comprehensive simulations hybrid vehicle performance, with specific focus on analyzing FTP72 cycle. The results are highly encouraging. The...
This article, for the first time, investigates potential of Sludge Gasification Slag (SGS), a byproduct urban sewage sludge gasification, as lightweight aggregate in ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC), proposing novel sustainable solution utilization SGS. The UHPC mix design followed modified Andreasen and Andersen model, incorporating pretreated SGS, cement, silica fume (SF), river sand, high-efficiency water-reducing agent. A total eight experimental groups were developed, including...
Steel fiber reinforced lightweight-aggregate concrete (SFRLAC) has many advantages applied in structural engineering. In this paper, the autogenous shrinkage and drying of SFRLAC for up to 270 days were measured, considering effects types coarse fine aggregates with changes water-to-binder ratio volume fraction steel fiber, respectively. The properties mix workability, apparent density, compressive strength also reported discussed relation above factors. Test results show that development...
This article introduces and evaluates the piecewise polynomial truncated singular value decomposition algorithm toward an effective use for moving force identification. Suffering from numerical non-uniqueness noise disturbance, identification is known to be associated with ill-posedness. An important method solving this problem algorithm, but small values removed by may contain some useful information. The extracts responses superposes it into solution of decomposition, which can in In...
With the premise of ensuring workability on a fresh mixture, volume stability hardened self-compacting steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) becomes an issue due to content cementitious materials increased with fraction fiber. By using expansive agent reduce shrinkage deformation SFRC, strength reduction SFRC is another issue. To solve these issues, this paper performed experimental investigation workability, shrinkage, and mechanical properties compared (SCC) or without agent. The...
Durability of concrete is great significance to prolong the service life structures in corrosive environments. Aiming at economical and environment-friendly production by comprehensive utilization supplementary cementitious materials made industrial byproducts, resistances chloride penetration, sulfate attack, frost high-performance were studied this paper. Fifteen concretes designed different water–binder ratio with changes contents fly ash (FA), silica fume (SF), ground granulated...
Inspired by "crimped" collagen fiber, which induce a low-level load region within the hierarchical structures of ligaments and tendons, this study introduces braiding technology aiming at characterizing nonlinear mechanical behavior. Samples developed artificial ligament with multilayer braided structure were fabricated tested. Alterations in number layers, wales, courses significantly affect properties ligaments. Specifically, toe length exhibited an increase up to 104.58 %, while linear...
Photoelectrochemical (PEC) devices hold huge potential to convert solar energy into chemical energy. However, the high cost of raw materials and film processing has hindered its practical use. In this study, we attempt tackle issue by fabricating straightforward semiconducting polymer films. These films function as photoanodes for various oxidation reactions, including water oxidative organosynthesis. The structures were assessed incorporating electron-rich electron-deficient co-monomers dibenzo[
Abstract One‐dimensional MoO 3 nanofibers doped with Ce (MoO : CeO 2 ) are synthesized by a method combining sol‐gel process and an electrospinning technique. The resulting is characterized X‐ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM). catalytic degradation of rhodamine B safranin‐T nanofiber catalyst investigated in continuous flowing mode using air (O as oxidant. results show that degraded...
This article presents 755 groups splitting tensile strength tests data of concrete with manufactured sand (MSC) in different curing age ranged from 1 day to 388 days related the research "Experimental study on development sand" (Zhao et al., 2017) [1]. These were used evaluate precision prediction formulas MSC, and can be applied as dataset for further studies.
