Abstract Botulinum toxin is already in use to treat abdominal wall giant hernia. The concept reduce pressure e create new space the compartiment after surgey. We show a case that similar aproach was used hiatal Methods botulinum 4 weeks prior surgery increase de compartment. it checked ct scan. Results surgey performed with hiatoplasty, fundoplication and gastropexy. Conclusion of seens be stragy for selected cases.
