A method for measuring the average longitudinal polarization of electron beam at an electron-positron collider operating near $J/ψ$ resonance is proposed. The conversion efficiency and service life of the laser elements based on a polymer-filled microporous glass (PFMPG) composite doped with organic dyes are studied. It is shown that both achieve values obtained for same in bulk polymer elements. Two-photon fluorescence was observed for 18 organic dyes in a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) matrix excited by femtosecond Ti:sapphire laser.
